WHT return forms:

• BIR 1601EQ – Withholding tax (Expanded Withholding Tax, quarterly remittance of creditable income taxes withheld at source);
• BIR 1604F – Withholding tax (Annual information return of income payments subjected to Final Withholding Tax)
• BIR 2306 – Withholding tax (Certificate of Final Tax Withheld at Source)

Installation #

The WHT Return forms (Philippines) are now available in the demo database for review and testing purposes.

Partners who use the on-premises version can download the WHT Return forms (Philippines) from their Partner’s Personal Account for installation and further customization.

If you are a customer and you cannot download the file, then ask your partner to install it for you.

We provide this form so users can apply it directly and also use it as a learning example for their own development projects. Please refer to this article on how to apply Additional reports in the on-premises version.

To apply the Additional report in the cloud version, please contact us and provide the database number where it should be applied.

Required Settings #

1. Enable WHT in Tax Settings.
2. In the Taxes list, add the WHT rates.
3. Create tax groups including WHT rates, then assign them to relevant Items, Customers, and Vendors for automatic computation on transactions.
4. Maintain the Address and Tax registration number for the Customers and for the Vendors.
5. Enable the Statutory Reporting in the Accounting Settings.
6. Install the form.

Forms currently operate at the basic level, where only manual entry is supported. The forms function as compliant templates, reflecting the required structure, fields, and formatting prescribed by the relevant authority. All data must be entered manually, with no automated population. Compliance is ensured through accurate visual representation, including logos, layout, tables, and sections.
