The PP30 VAT reporting form for Thailand is now available in AccountingSuite. You can generate the standard P.P.30 VAT return based on your VAT transactions and use it for statutory filing.

Installation #

Partners who use the on-premises version can download the VAT Return form from their Partner’s Personal Account for installation and further customization.

If you are a customer and you cannot download the file, then ask your partner to install it for you.

We provide this form so users can apply it directly and also use it as a learning example for their own development projects. Please refer to this article on how to apply Additional reports in the on-premises version.

To apply the Additional report in the cloud version, please contact us and provide the database number where it should be applied.

Required Settings #

1. Enable VAT in Tax Settings. Specify the G/L accounts for Incoming and Outgoing VAT.
2. In the Taxes list, add the VAT rates.
3. Create tax groups including VAT rates, then assign them to relevant Items, Customers, and Vendors for automatic computation on transactions.
4. Maintain the Address and Tax registration number for the Customers and for the Vendors.
5. Enable the Statutory Reporting in the Accounting Settings.
6. Install the form.

Generating the Form #

• Navigate to Statutory Reports and click Create
• Select the VAT Return form
