The AccountingSuite MCP connects your AI assistant to your AccountingSuite data. You can ask questions in plain language to find records, create documents, and run reports without opening each screen yourself. This article lists the documents, catalogs, and reports that the MCP supports, and shows the status of each feature.
Capabilities #
- Create documents from OCR — upload or provide scanned documents and images; the AI can recognize their contents through OCR and turn them into the appropriate AccountingSuite documents.
- Natural-language access to accounting data — ask the AI in plain English to find records, documents, balances, or report data instead of navigating 1C screens.
- Create and update documents by request — the agent can create or update invoices, bills, cash receipts, companies, products, projects, contacts, and chart-of-accounts entries.
- Run reports on demand — request financial or operational reports directly through the AI assistant, without opening each report manually.
- Works with familiar AI tools — connect through MCP-compatible assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or Cursor.
- No custom integration code — the MCP server exposes ready-to-use tools and skills; the AI discovers them automatically after connecting.
- Covers core business workflows — supports sales, purchasing, inventory, payments, projects, and accounting operations, so the assistant can help across day-to-day processes.

How to connect #
You can connect the AccountingSuite MCP server in one of two ways:
Option 1: Through an AI agent
- Launch 1C and wait until this message appears:
AccountingSuite MCP server is listening at http://127.0.0.1:10000/mcp - Copy the message.
- Open your AI agent — for example, Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, or ChatGPT.
- Paste the message and write: “Connect to this MCP server.”
- The AI agent will connect automatically, retrieve the list of available tools and skills, and start working with them.
Option 2: Inside the AccountingSuite chat
- Launch AccountingSuite and open AI Assistant.
- Connect the chat to an AI service, such as ChatGPT or OpenCode.
- Work directly in the AccountingSuite chat: the connected AI will use the AccountingSuite MCP tools and skills.
Note: What you can see and do depends on your user role, access rights, company settings, and which modules are turned on in AccountingSuite.

Tips for Better Results #
The more specific your request, the better the result. Include:
- A date or period: “as of October 31,” “for October,” “for the last 7 days”
- A specific record: a customer, vendor, product, location, project, or employee
- A status: draft, posted, open, or overdue
- The output you want: a list, a total, a breakdown, or a summary by customer or product
| Instead of | Try |
| “Show sales.” | “Show sales details for [customer] for October.” |
| “Check stock.” | “How many units of [product] are on hand in each location?” |
| “Who owes us?” | “Show A/R aging as of today and list invoices more than 30 days overdue.” |
Before you confirm a request that creates or changes data, check the details. Afterward, review the result in AccountingSuite. This is especially important for Beta features.
