Lead Contact is a key entity in the CRM system that holds all relevant information about the contact person associated with a generated lead. When a lead is created in the CRM system, the contact person’s details are automatically transferred to Lead Contact. This process ensures consistency and accuracy of the data, reduces the possibility of errors, and facilitates further business activities.
Lead Contact includes the following information about the contact person:
- Description
- Lead
- Phone
- Address

To export the Lead Contact list, click the Export list button and choose the desired file format for saving the list (such as .mxl, .pdf, .xlsx, .docx, etc.).
As an example, the contact list is displayed in PDF format.
