Active users list #

You can view data about current sessions with the database in the Admin Panel – Update and Service – Active Users list.

Admin user can close session for other users.

Guaranteed termination of all user sessions is possible only in the Cloud or on-premise Server mode of the AccountingSuite. In the File mode version, it is required to terminate “hung up” user sessions at their workplaces, as well as, if necessary, terminate other programs that are connected to the database via an external COM connection or using web services.

If the forced termination of sessions is not possible for some reason (for example, one of the users is working in the 1C Designer), an error message with a list of users is displayed, and the lock is not set. After all active users have completed their work at the specified time, the program also sends a message to the administrator about the end of the session.

Application lock #

Use Admin Panel – Update and Service – Application lock settings on your on-premise AccountingSuite to schedule auto exit and lock the system by the time.

The parameters required for blocking:

• A message for users that should be displayed to all users before the program ends (specify when to exit the program, describe the reason and the expected blocking period, for example: “Please complete your work in the program before 8 pm in connection with the maintenance work. The base will be unavailable for about 30 minutes”)
• Blocking dates (start date and time, end date and time). The end of the blocking period may not be filled in. In this case, it will be impossible to log in to the information database until the administrator removes the lock.
• Unlock code – it can be used to remove the user’s work lock ahead of time.
