When I tried to create the postgresql database on server, I am getting the error.

I am attaching the photos for your reference.

Last time it was created successfully.

This happend after the IP address of the VM server got changed.

Hi!

Has only IP address been changed? Or may be you transfer you VM to another physical server?

"This VM got deleted by mistake then we restore this VM on same physical server".

Please, create file database on this server and start 1c client for it. (See. https://accountingsuite.io/docs/how-to-install-on-premise-accountingsuite/#0-toc-title for details.) This way we shall check, if the licenses of the 1c has been broken because of restoration of VM.

Have you restored VM from snapshot? Is it exact copy of previous VM?

We have restored the exact copy of the VM; not the snapshot.

Let's try to reset 1c server . You have to:

1) Stop the 1c service on the server if it is running.

2) Delete all files in the 1c server directory. It is C:\Program Files\1cv8\srvinfo by default. You can check the right directory in the 1c service properties.

3) Start the 1c service.

4) Install 1c administration utility.

5) Add or create necessary databases with new correct IP or domain name. Use domain name in case your IP can be changed in the future.
