How many users are included with AccountingSuite?
It depends on the licenses for the On-premise version (1, 5, 10 or more). For the Cloud version, it depends the subscription for how many users it is purchased. You can always increase the number of users by purchasing a license for the On-premise version or a subscription Cloud for one more user.
Can I pay the Cloud subscription annually?
If you initially chose a monthly plan, you’ll receive your invoice at the end of your monthly billing period. Payment will be taken on the date shown on your invoice using the payment details entered when you purchased your subscription. We can also charge on an Annual if this is a requirement, please contact us for more info.
Can my accountant or bookkeeper access my cloud account?

How many companies does my AccountingSuite subscription cover?
Cloud version: You are charged for each AccountingSuite organizations you add, choose a pricing plan for each one, or set up a free 30 day trial. If you add an organization and sign up to a pricing plan, you’ll become the subscriber for the organization.
On-premise version: You can create an unlimited number of databases for your organizations.
Can I switch from On-premise to Cloud version or from Cloud to On-premise version?
You can begin using the Cloud service and switch to the On-premise version if needed. Alternatively, transfer your data from the On-premise program and keep working on the Cloud version via the Internet. You can always create a backup of your database as a file and upload it from Cloud to On-premise or vice versa.
